Doctor, I have been treated for anxiety for years. I take stalopam and it works fine. But whenever I take a vitamin b12 and d supplement, my anxiety increases temporarily. Is it normal? I'm vitamin b12 and d deficient.

Dear Nitin, i don't think vit b12 and d supplements will increase your anxiety - but for the cost and high expectation. Please continue stalopam and consult the doctor for adjustment of dose or addition of another tablet.
