Hi lybrate user. 1) at first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better health in a short period of time. 2) take food twice in a day only. 3) take milk twice in a day. 3) take dry fruits during meals. 4) avoid oily and spicy food intake 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 7) don't drink water before one hour of meals and after meals for one hour. 8) eat one banana during meals along with 15 ml of ginger juice. 9) to improve good health prime importance must be given to exercise. Without exercise health can not be improved. Thanks.
