Hi lybrate-user! what you describe seems to be a patch of alopecia areata. It is a condition wherein your blood cells go and attack the hair root and weaken it thus leading to patchy hair loss. Treatment options include steroid injection into the patch, lotions and creams and other medicines if the disease is severe. So consult a dermatologist and get yourself treated.
