I am a female of age 61. I suffered left side hemiparesis three months ago. Now I am experiencing left elbow and finger spasticity while walking. Can I take synaptol 50 mg along with my other medicines ecosprin 75, clopivas75 and rosuvas10 which were prescribed and continued till today. Can you recommend any other medicine to me for spasticity?

I cannot prescribe about medicines as I am a physiotherapist however you can do exercises for the upper limb ie. Elbow and finger. In general during the recovery phase the upper limbs will automatically go for tightness / spasticity.
