Usg is suggesting angiomyolipoma of size 2.5 cm but when cect scan was performed it says "neoplastic enhancing lesion on lower pole of right kidney" is it cancer? Symptoms are not present. Tumor has not metastasized anywhere. What are the confirmatory test for kidney cancer? What should I do now. Please help me?
