Hi lybrate-user, please stop using zalim lotion and use a luliconazole based cream. Topical medications alone might not be effective and take a longer time, hence its advisable to take oral medications as well. Also look around if anyone else in your family is suffering from the same as they could be a source of infection. Keep your towels, clothes, soap separate from other family memebers and always wear washed, dry clothes.
