Hlo sir I am a 19 year boy and I suffer from nightfall sometimes it can be 2 times in a week and sometimes it can be 1 time in 2 week and also I feel weakness in my body I stop masturbation for about 1 month.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age.
