I do not suffer from asthma but still due to tension n stress I often have breathing problem. Why?

1.avoid stress and strain 2.go for regular exercise 3.Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind,control your emotion and relieve stress 4. Take adequate rest,avoid severe physical and mental exertion and have sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours daily 5.consult me for further advice
