I am neha, I am 30 years old ,i having tested positive of cavity on 13/11/20 l, after that I am feeling my body shivers, and when I sleep I close my eyes feels heart beating palpitations which is not going away, from last two days, nd my fever is 99.5 what is that, pls help me out.

Hi please elaborate me with the extent of cavity. These symptoms of fever and chills maybe due to the infection travelling through your cavitated tooth to the soft tissues and bony stuctures supporting that tooth. To cumulate this kind of infection our lymph nodes act as valves. They cumulate theinfection but the infection may result in fever. As there maybe oppurtunistic infections occuring due to the travelled infection through your cavitated tooth. Rx warm saline rinses thrice / day for 1 week

Cavity on tooth have nothing to do with your symptoms unless it's very close to pulp in that case you will feel pain or hot and cold sensation. Fever can be viral or other you have to visit physician for that cavity is not responsible for fever.
