I have problem in my back due to long hour sitting in front of computer. I can not leave the job neither I can change the nature of job. Kindly help me out.

avoid forward bending. do back exercise{ back stretching, while lying on back}, take balance diet. take milk and good quality protein. eggs, paneer, pulses. maintain your posture when ever working on computer. it will help you.
