How to gain weight. Actually I was 65 kg last one year back. But due to some tensions I lost weight. So please help me to grow the weight.

Don't take stress it is one of the leading causes for almost all diseases. So be carefull avoid taking stress indulge in some activity. For putting on weight have high calorie foods like milk shakes don't skip any of your meal. In between have snacks like veg cheese sandwich sprouts milk shakes fruitcustard.
