Dear sir, Please add Jou or barley flour in your diet. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Perpare chapaties wit it and Eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy vegies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don't drink before and after. Sit in Vajra asan after meals or walk 100 steps. Chew 4-5 curry patta daily or you can have it with your vegetables. Do this for some time & you will feel the difference.
