Hello. Tired felling is due to weakness in body. May be you are not taking proper diet. Do these things:- 1. Eat healthy food like all green veges and fresh fruits. 2. Take calories needed by your body. If you take less calories then you also feel tired. So do not skip your meal. Take 3 full meals and 2 snacks but snacks should be healthy. You can take fresh fruit or juice or whole wheat food. 3. Drink plenty of water. 4. Start morning walk or meditation. It will also give you freshness and makes you active. 5. Take all dairy products.
