I am having problem loosing my weight.Even though i have been working out everyday my weight isnt goin down a gram.Its just stable .And its a lot according to me i am 5 feet 8 inch in height and have a weight of 78 kgs please help me out in burning out some fat. I am a vegitatrian .Maybe this can help you.

To reduce weight, you should consume more of fibre, protein, omega 3 essential fatty acid rich foods, drink 3-4 cups of green tea, eat small portions at frequent intervals to increase your basal metabolic rate. Don't have gaps bigger than 3 hours in between meals.
