Hai am 27 years old unmarried girl. From 7 days m facing dizziness which makes me unable to concentrate, especially when I wake up. When I shake my head I feel my head is getting pulled to particular side. I woke up to this suddenly .i feel like m in hangover, not able to focus one thing properly as before. Dt is d serious issue. Can not concentrate properly while driving n walking. 1st day I had no pain as such just dizziness .consulted a doc n he said its vertigo m gave me b complex and one more tablet n told me ul be alert within 2 days. Bt have no improvement so I visited ent he did audiogram n said your normal. Did blood checkup ,bp check, sugar check. Everything normal. Previous to my dizziness episode, I had done" head stand"(shirasasana. Today one point at my back (3rd cord/vertebrae from my neck) is aching.(not severe ,very mild specially when I press n bend) is that causing me dizziness ?do I have some serious problem?
