Some studies suggest that protein is particularly effective against belly fat accumulation.less carbohydrate, no sugar or sugar added juices, no oily, fried or fast food. daily morning walk for 1 hr, daily exercises, drink 3-5 litre of water daily. all will help to reduce wt or tummy fat. thanks
