I m 24 years old male nd how I increase my stamina for the running. My police physical is going on February. Whenever I run but after few minutes I'm not able to run coz of stamina so pls give me some excellent guide.

increase your daily running gradually and take protein diet, green vegetable diet, dal, paneer, cheese, fruits, eggs etc, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, take cap autrin 1 cap od , 1 hr walk daily, it will help you,thanks.
