I have postpartum insomnia. I gave vaginal birth on August. Baby is sleeping better during nights but I can't from the past one week. Why should I do.

It very common problem with new born mothers. Do not try to sleep. Let sleep come to you. So if sleep is not coming then keep urself busy with reading books or watchingtv or what ever you like. Body will sleep when it wants then. There are medicines also and also there you may suffering from common post partum depression which doctor can come to conclusion after more communication.
