Dear user, pregnancy can be checked at home using the pregnancy kit (after 4 weeks from date mentioned 29/10) which requires a drop of her urine. A urine dipstick test can be done for confirmation at the nearest hospital. Initially she will notice fatigue and mild cramps. In a month she would have missed her periods she will start noticing physical changes like breast changes, nausea, vomiting, tiredness etc. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
