Give 3 balanced meals with 2 times milk. Dalia/egg whoie wheat bread-1/besan chilka for breakfast, with vegetables/dalia with vegetables/dal rice with vegetables for lunch./roti. Dal with vegetables. For dinner. Add home made paneer 30gms on alt day. Give 2 servings of fruits. Can add protein powder once a day to milk.
