I have anxiety and stressful life. Does it lead to release of albumin in urine? Since last time I have a casually tested my whole body and the result came with the albumin in urine present. Do I have to worry and go for further treatment?

You need not worry, if other results like, blood urea and creatinine, are okay. Otherwise you can repeat the urine test once again after drinking enough fluids and giving morning samples.
