I have dry eye problem especially when sitting in front of computers in my job. Trying my best to take breaks between work and using eye drops. Is there anything else I can do, any food I should eat more or any medicine. Please advice as I am just 32 with entire Job life ahead.

You can try superior quality lubricant eye drops during day time and lubricant gel drops or ointment at bedtime. Omega 3 fatty acids taken orally are said to benefit some people by improving the corneal health. Moist chamber goggles could help as well. Temporary or permanent punctal plugs, implanted into lower eye lid puncta are shown to benefit some, by retaining natural tears for longer duration within the eyes. To evaluate if you need these things at all and to know the grade of dry eye condition (usually done by Schirmer strip test), you better get examined by an ophthalmologist.
