I feel little pain in chest, then pain moves back since, then to shoulder and then in arm (left). Physician says it is due to irritating bowel and side affects of diabetic drugs. Kindly advise in the matter pl. My self is presently on insulin 35 units each in morning and evening and istamet 50/1000gm in lunch, ecosprin 75/20gm in evening and thyronorm 50 mcg before breakfast. My bfs, pp is fluctuating from 140 to 200 bfs and 160 to 330 pp or random by glucometer method (accucheck meter). diabetic from april 2012, weight 78 kgs, height 5'-5" non smoker. No other medical history. Parents also diabetic type 2 kindly enlighten.
