My father with metastasis of prostate cancer is having no muscle movement in his legs.We have to physically move them for him.Also he has swelling of feet kindly advise

Your father appears to have paraplegia, which is loss of motor function of the lower limbs because of cancer in your back bones. You need to consult an orthopaedic oncologist for management. In later stages the manager is usually palliative/ supportive with good pain killers and bedside care. My prayers.
