I have inferiority complex.I am depressed all the time.I look pretty but i m overweight and thats the thing that disturbs me when i see other girls of my age .I m 19 years old.Please get me out of this.

When you compare yourself to others you will always find something lacking. Feeling inferior or not is in your hands. Instead of analyzing other girls, try and find what is good in you. Understand your strengths and work on them. If there is something you want to achieve, go for it. Sitting and feeling helpless is not going to be useful. Always remember you are unique, so appreciate what you have and love yourself for what you are. The day you love yourself everyone else will start.
