Hello I'm 19 years old I wanted to ask that whenever I am walking in the market or anywhere I feel like mujhe chakkar aane late hain TILL that moment only afterwards nothing happens, but I never lie down or full behosh you can say, so is there any problem.

Dont take it lightly if it is a habitual problem.It might be due to 1. General weaknes/Anaemia 2.Impaired circulation to brain for a fraction of second. 3.Addition of any kind like Drugs/Alcohol/cigratte. 4.Orthostatic hypertension------ie. sudden increase in BP when standing. So my suggestion for you i to go for an MRI-BRAIN as a precautionary meaure or you can consult aneurologist for physical examination.
