Eat less chapatis, less rice. Take a cup of green tea in morning and evening. Take skimmed milk and avoid milk products, also avoid taking fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and take fruit juices. Add salad with your every main meal. Do exercises daily.
