Hi, I am having very depressive thoughts lately. I feel tired all the time. I try to evade any social gathering and have constant paranoia jitters. What should I do?

Feeling depressed and tired come simultaneously and cyclically. Try to do more activities which will make you feel less depressed and in turn less tired. As you have not mentioned any physical condition i am assuming its psychological. The more you avoid social gathering the more anxiety and jitters you will have. Stop avoiding them and go out meet new people, do things which give you a confidence boost. Avoiding something will just increase your anxiety and depression, then being tired will be the most easily available excuse. Explore new options and be active.
