Good evening I have been suffering for bp for the last 25 years and currently I take nebistar sa and my anxiety levels are high which I am controlling but some times it does nt. When anxiety level goes up and comes down after some time. I have moderate effect circucal spondelysysi. My age is 62 years and I am uncomfortable while sitting but once I go out I do not becomes comfortable. My ecg echo tmt 10 months back normal and absolutely no breathing problem no sweating appetite motion normal. How to avoid stress?
