Dear sir, Please add Jou or barley flour in your diet. Roast this flour and mix 1/4th of it in normal wheat flour. Prepare chapaties wit it and Eat it daily. Eat more of fiber containing food like green leafy vegies, more of fresh seasonal fruits, drink less water with meals instead take sips of water while eating food and don?t drink before and after. Sit in Vajra Asan for 2- 5 mins or walk 100 steps after every meal. You can also chew 4-5 leaves of curry patta daily as it will reduce your blood pressure, protects liver and works as antioxidants along with increasing Hb which will overcome you weakness.
