I am 34 year male. Recently I undergone some tests. The results saying that I am diabetic. Still I am not using any medicine. TSH value is 6.99. I am non alcoholic. But with fatty liver. I did not consult any doctor. Can I control my problems with proper diet?

Absolutely, you can control all your imbalances without any medicines. If your hba1c is below 7, there is nothing to worry. Your tsh is just above normal range, but don't make a mistake to start thyroid medicine at this level. The only thing you have to manage is your dirt and lifestyle. 1. Take small meals on regular interval (say 2hrly) 2. Avoid sugar in diet. 3. Avoid fatty, oily, spicy food items. Take light easily digestible food items. 4. Keep your mind happy and relaxed. Start yoga and meditation. For specific diet you may visit any good dietitian.
