Hello sir, before 15 days. I got fever and I took medicine for reduce the fever. My fever has gone that time but I suffered from constipation due to hard dosage of medicine. When I pass stool .it was very hard n painful. And little blood on that. From that day .i'm suffering pain in my anal area. There's no blood but swelling n pain is continuous. Specially before n after motion. I have consulted with doctor and i'm taking painkiller and anovate cream ,sitz bath on hot water too but not having relief. They have told it's fissure and you have to for a surgery. But i'm really scared. Can this fissure be healed with out surgery or not. Pls advice me what should I do.
