Hello doctor i am 21 years old male i have been suffering from fever and cough since monday then i took paracetamol and doctor asked me to do course of ciplox 250 mg for three days (morning /evening ) and on Tuesday i haven't got fever but on wednesday as soon as i came to my office i checked and found i had fever and i was shivering also and at night again i had fever and as soon as fever comes i start cough also result in vomiting but since yesterday i am not doing vomiting but still i am having fever please help
