I am suffering from vitiligo at a very initial stage. My doctor has advice me not to take foods containing vitamin C. If I continue doing the same, will it lead to deficiency of vitamin C in my body? What should I do?

Nothing to worry about. If we stop taking Vitamin -C rich food, doesnot mean that we will acquire deficiency, because we will continue getting vitamin -C ,may be in lesser amount from other sources which we normally eat in routine. You must stop vitamin-C rich food .
