I went swimming yesterday, I can hear less from my left ear now and it is hurting. Please tell me what I can do?

Wax tends to swell up because of entry of water & leads to ear blockage. Entry of water can also to a fungal infection. You will need to see an ENT specialist to get your ears examined.

It can be due to swelling and impaction of wax due to water entry Or due to fungal infection (otomycosis) in the ear.That can only be diagnosed after examining the ear.
