I am 29 years old. I have a tendency of constipation. I eat multigrain dalia for dinner around 7 o'clock which made up of wheat� rice split green grains pearl millets sesame seed carom seed. I add some vegetables as well. I eat this 3 times a week. Is it good for my digestion and can I continue it?

You are following good dietary habits. Please continue. You need to add a whole fruit in the evening. Check your water and fluids intake a minimum of 2 lts collectively is required. Depending on your bmr and climate you may need more. If still persisting get a thyroid profile test and report back to me.
