My son is 1.5 year old, he s having fever for 2 days and started to take paracetamol p250 every 6 hours from day 1. Today is 3 day, but still he is having fever. When we give paracetamol and cefo - l syrup. Fever goes in 1 hour and again fever starting after 5 hours. Is that any viral fever or typhoid?
