I had ca prostate in 2014 when psa was 50 and biopsy positive. I gone for radiation therapy and then hormone therapy. I had no symptoms except creatinine was high about 2. I was alright till last year when suddenly urine passage blocked and I undergone a surgery for turp. Suddenly again urine started to come in drops without stream and frequent urge to urine. Then structure removed by the same urologist with satisfactory result but psa increased again to 9 and urologist gave me quarterly injection of pamorelin 11.25 mg. And asked to test psa after three months. Now 09/09/2020 came down to 0.51 but urologist insisting to take the quarterly injection for rest of my life. I am 79 years old should I go for his advice? Please guide me properly. I feel depressed and distressed always. After injection I feel heat in my body often immensely. Please help me. Thanks with gratitude. I am taking tab. Urimax 0.2 mg. Hs for prostate beside other medicines for old age like bp and depression.
