Hello doctor i am 22 years I want to know how to gain muscle, I don't know what should I eat daily I am daily eating only 2 times I have not any proper time to eat, I have only 55 weight I want to gain some muscle so please guide which food should I prefer I am pure vegetarian.

For gaining weight, you have to consume more protein rich foods to build muscles. Man should have 40 % muscles. The amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideas \ wight. Include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. For customised diet plan (to evaluate your total fat, visceral & subcutaneous fat, your BMI, BMR, muscles etc.)
