Sir I am 24 year old and I had stone problem. And I had gone through operations 2 times for stone. One surgery for ureter stone which is done by leaser and second for kidney stone. So now what precautions I should take so that in future stone problem will not come to me.

Avoid stone-forming foods: Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts they are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones. Avoid meat , chicken and other nonveg items. Take less salt and drink 3 litre water per day.avoid milk products. Further guidance can be done if we know the type of renal stone you have. This can be identified by stone analysis of the passed stone.
