Hello, i am 25 years old and i had lost 30 kgs 2 years ago but regained it in the previous year and a half since i am not dieting or gymming now ofcourse. My question to you is, i want to start my regime of weight loss again. How should i start? Do i start with things gradually or extensively? What are the key points i should keep in mind this time? and I've read that weight loss is more of a Psychosomatic process? what would you suggest to me to involve more of my self and not get tired or demoralised or give up in the middle of the process?
