Good day friend, I can understand your concern. Be aware that, medicine alone can't control depression or anxiety. Infact, anxiety or depression or stress are symptoms of emotional imbalance or feelings or negative thoughts. So its important to address the root cause than treating just symptoms. As body and mind are closely interconnected, any such emotional disturbance can affect the physical body functioning like the symptoms you experience. First take a counseling help to relook at your personal or professional problem like marriage or relationship or career issues which is causing you emotional disturbance. Hi, from the information you provided it appears that you have major depressive episode. Though duvanta is an otherwise good drug, you have tolerability issue with this drug. You should consult psychiatrist to replace it with other, more tolerable alternatives like ssri or mirtazapine. You must take some anti-depressant so consult asap. Best of luck.
