I always remain nervous.Over the years my confidence has come down drastically .I am currently 36 yrs of age .Have consulted psychiatrist as well but no positive results.Everyday i go to office with a fear in mind that my boss will scold or shout at me .Such types of unknown fear keeps coming in my mind.I have anxiety problems.Due to that i have bp problem as well .Pls suggest me something how can i overcome this problem as i have loads of responsibilities on my head.

Under those conditions, your response to fear will be far superior to the normal population who do not exercise. Also you need to train the brain through Yoga and meditation to remain calm, and to handle situations with a lot of composure. You could learn some stress management skills too. Do not take too much of responsibility and if it is already too much, reach out to your boss who will gladly help out. All these measures will increase your confidence and composure. Eat well, sleep well and handle your emotions, especially fear well, with the help of a counselor. Things will brighten up and stress will become a distant dream.
