Health query I was operated for cataract on both eyes 3 years back and currently wearing bifocal specs. Now I find difficulty in reading and long vision also not very good but manageable retina scan 6 months back showed normal. Advice reg improving my vision thanks.

1.use your specs continuously 2. Eat vitamin a source items: carrot, papaya, spinach, milk. 3.don't spend more time on television, mobile. 4.do some eye yoga. This is a process with age so, we can't remove completely but, can slower the process. Thank you.
