Hello Sir, I am 26 Years old Girl and my problem is that my hair is so rough, dry, not more, not length improvement, not shine etc. Scalp is so dry, when I use oil on scalp after some time it looks so dry, please give me suggestion for improvement for my hair.

Hi if you want a better hair texture, you should treat it from within. Almond oil is a excellent remedy for this. Mix four drops of almond oil in a cup of warm milk/water and take it in empty stomach in the mornings everyday externally - apply this oil combination - this will give you wonderful results. Castor oil - 1 tsp, sesame oil, 2 tsp and coconut oil - 2 tsp - mix it, heat it and apply to this scalp. Wash it off after an hour with a mild shampoo.
