Hello, My height is 5 feet 4 inch and my weight is 75 kg. I website developer so basically I have a sitting job. I want to reduce my weight to 65 or 67. Would you please help me on this?

Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink lots of water through out the day to keep yourself hydrated. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.
