Today I done ultrasound for little abdomen pain. Report are as follows. Please give your valuable advice. Usg abdomen report:>kidney: both kidneys appear normal in size and with grade I increased echogenicity. Rk: 9.1x4.0' cm, lk: 9.2x5.3 cm. There is tiny cyst in lower pole of rk. Pcs appears normal. Lk: there is small 4 mm calculus in mid calyx. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. Opinion: bilateral grade I renal parenchymal changes with tiny cyst in right kidney and small calculus in mid calyx of left kidney. Thank you.
