I m 34, when I do sex with my wife I ejaculate very soon in 40 second. Second time I do not get ready my self for sex. I feel weakness and less excitement. I want to have sex with my partner at least for 15 to 20 minutes with same energy and excitement. Please help. I have already went through all doctor's suggested test its all say OK. Please help.
