Since from week I m suffering from fever and 7th day there is no fever and 7th day had another problem left side sac/nuts/ball/eggs/(below the penis ) get swelled or swollen and little pain(if I touch it gets pain only left side) why it happened may lack of water or any other reason?

You probably had fever because of a viral infection. This infection must have spread to the testis and might have caused an infection in your testis called epididymo orchitis. Consult a surgeon as another close possibility is twisting of your testis.
