I want to loose my weight from home. My diet is not proper. Having rice in the meal 3 times day. After having rice again I get hungry within a hour or 2. And go all for the junk food after that. I want to loose my weight. What should I do?

The firsst and foremost thing you have to do is to have control on Rice and Junk food.These2 things are the real culprit in your excess weight.You require no medicines/no diet plan for first 3 months.Just try to have control on these 2 things and consult me after 3 months.
